Once you have written and submtited a combined daily Reflective Account (RA) for the shadowing.
You can then attach this to a Log of prescribing hours as evidence, without anything else - as all your reflection support and there is no need to duplicate.
Claim for: 7.5 hours to 8 hours/day of shadowing
