Learn From Patient Safety Events (LFPSE)

Datix has been renamed to LFPSE. This is where you need to notify/submit/record a patient safety event.

You can actually apply for your own Datix account now.

You might need to do one of these, for your portfolio submission.

So you can register for an account and access is granted immediately.

And you can choose community pharmacy and the branch that you work for and you can go up until the anonymous reporting and then you can obviously print it as a PDF before you actually submit it.

So you do not need to actually submit it, but just go up until the button that says to submit after filling in all the details.
